TellerScores are our own informational summaries of the figures institutions report publicly. They are not issued or endorsed by any government agency, and they are not credit ratings, not regulatory ratings such as CAMELS, not predictions of failure or of future performance, and not endorsements. A higher score does not mean an institution is safe, and a lower score does not mean it will fail. Deposits within federal insurance limits are protected regardless of score.

We show information as the government agencies publicly disclose it. Disclosed figures describe a past reporting period, may be amended by the agency, and may contain errors. Branch locations, names and merger information may be out of date. Always confirm important information, including deposit insurance status, with the institution and the FDIC or NCUA.

Complaint figures come from the CFPB Consumer Complaint Database. The CFPB does not verify all facts alleged in complaints. Complaint counts depend on an institution's size, products and customer base, and are not by themselves a measure of service quality.

Names, logos and marks of banks, credit unions, agencies and other companies belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
