1. Acceptance

By using TellerScore (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; continued use after a change means you accept it.

2. Information only

The site provides general information about banks and credit unions based on public data. It does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use of it. See our disclaimers.

3. Content and permitted use

The underlying government data is in the public domain. The site's text, design, scores, compilations and code are owned by TellerScore or its licensors. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote individual scores or short excerpts with attribution to TellerScore and a link to the relevant page.

You may not: copy or republish substantial parts of the site or its database; use automated tools to collect content in a way that burdens the site or ignores our robots rules; present our scores as an endorsement, rating or certification of an institution; use the site for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

4. Your submissions

If you send us a message, correction or other content, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the site. Please do not send confidential or account information.

5. Third-party links and advertising

The site links to government and other third-party websites and displays advertising served by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TellerScore and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site, including decisions about where to hold money. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
